Two bedroom house refurbishment

We were asked to completely refurbish a 25 year old two bedroom property in a desirable area of Berkshire. As the house had been a rental, it was necessary to remove the kitchen, bathroom, garden decking and re-plastered all the ‘’Artex ceiling’ areas.

We also re-designed the ground floor by removing 1990’s style arches to ‘open up’ the whole area and to allow more light into the property. New UPVC double glazing windows and doors were fitted throughout with new internal doors, plumbing, electrical and decoration as necessary. A superior kitchen was designed and fitted along with a completely new bathroom design, all fitted and finished to a high standard. We also supplied and fitted quality carpets from the ground floor to the first floor including the staircase with superior wooden flooring to the ground floor living area. Porcelain floor tiles completed the ground floor kitchen space.

New fencing and decking completed this thorough renovation.
