Apartment renovation

A complete village house 2nd floor apartment renovation. Complete rip-out and specialist treatment of ‘spalling’ throughout. We designed the apartment in conjunction with our client’s requirements and suggested materials that would enhance the properties look. Due to the fact that this building was constructed with sea-water in the concrete mix, certain precautions were needed as the main slabs were only 4” in thickness. New windows and doors were supplied and fitted throughout the property as well as two new bathrooms. Decoration took place throughout and a 3 phase (100 amps) electrical was supplied to the property. A new consumer box was supplied and fitted with all new wiring and sockets installed. New AC units to the rooms was also supplied along with new instant water heaters. The tiling of stairwells was completed and the construction of a walled entrance plinth was erected. A toughened glass/stainless-steel partition was also supplied and fitted to the stairwell from the roof to the second floor.
