Complete renovation works of a detached villa which included; complete internal and external decoration, replacement of AC units and water heater. Re-wiring of the property, tiling of the external entrance area and the supply and fitting of a stainless steel external spiral staircase. Replacement of the front door, water-proofing of walls and ceilings. Supply and fitting of AC units and water heaters throughout. Fitting of new windows, suspended ceilings and lighting. Repair works to electrical circuits and up-grades to light fittings. Re-design of the lounge area to accommodate new ceiling mounted AC units and casements. Repair works to existing glass panels and the complete tiling of the terrace area along with stainless steel shelving and LED lighting and much more (maintenance contract).
